It is clear that for Rati Agnihotri, being with Dharmendra was a rich, personal experience made better by his deeply positive nature.           As the Indian film industry tries to cope with this loss, the wonderful memories of Dharmendra's talent and true kindness will keep inspiring everyone. Also Read: Rati Agnihotri’s son to make his debut。    제자를 성폭행한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 뮤지컬 배우 남경주 씨가 오는 11월 국민참여재판을 받는다.서울중앙지법 형사합의29부(엄기표 부장판사)는 26일 남씨의 피감독자간음 혐의 사건 첫 공판준비기일을 열고 "11월 27일과 30일 이틀간 국민참여재판을 진행하겠다"고 밝혔다.국민참여재판은 형사재판에 일반 국민이 배심원으로 참여해 피고인의 유무죄와 양형에 관한 의견을 제시하는 제도다. 배심원단 의견은 법적 구속력은 없고 권고적 효력만 갖는다.이번 국민참여재판은 남씨 측이 요청했다.남씨 측은 "피고인과 피해자 사이에 보호 감독 관계가 있었는지가 주된 쟁점"이라며 "피고인과 변호인은 배심원의 판단을 받아보고 싶다는 입장"이라고 말했다.반면 피해자의 변호인은 "국민참여재판을 받을 권리 못지않게 성폭력 사건의 경우 피해자의 의사도 존중해야 한다"며 "국민참여재판 여부를 신중하게 판단해달라"고 했다.재판부는 "피해자 측에서 이야기했듯이 국민참여재판이 피해자를 완벽하게 보호하지 못하는 구조적인 측면이 있다"면서도 "피고인에게는 본인 일생의 결정이라는 측면도 있어 변호인의 의견을 받아들이며 국민참여재판으로 진행하겠다"고 결론지었다.11월 27일 재판 첫날에는 인정신문과 검찰이 공소사실 요지를 밝히는 모두진술, 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 영상 및 녹음 재생 등 서증조사를 진행하고, 피고인 측이 신청한 증인 5명에 대한 신문도 이어갈 예정이다.재판 둘째 날인 30일에는 피해자에 대한 증인신문, 피고인신문, 검찰 구형과 피고인 측 최종변론을 거쳐 남씨에 대한 선고가 이뤄진다.재판부는 국민참여재판에서는 배심원을 어떻게 설득하는지가 중요한 만큼 양측에 충분한 변론 자율성을 보장할 방침이다.남씨는 지난해 12월 서울 서초구 모처에서 자신의 제자인 여성을 사회적 지위 등을 이용해 성폭행한 혐의를 받고 있다. 남씨 측은 검찰 수사 과정에서 형사조정 절차 회부를 요청해 피해자와 합의를 시도했지만 피해자가 거부하면서 성사되지 않았다.홍익대학교는 지난 3월 공연예술학부 부교수인 남씨를 직위 해제했다.。
