B | 据《每日经济新闻》报道，上海凤凰控股的子公司上海凤凰自行车最近的一项公开执行裁定显示，上海凤凰自行车已向北京市第一中级人民法院提交了撤销执行的申请，声称已与大同市东夏区达成执行和解协议。
